TERMS OF SERVICE

The items offered by CELAGEN ™ (hereinafter “CELAGEN ™ or” we “) at www.celagen-ch.com may be ordered by telephone, through the Internet or through the official sales outlets.

The contract is concluded when we accept your order by delivery of the goods (see 4. Delivery), or in the case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt by notifying the delivery attempt of the goods. The decision on whether to accept an order is at our sole discretion. If we will not execute an order, we will inform you immediately. Contract language is German.

The presentation of the products is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding, non-binding offer dar. The photos and the item description in the presentation may differ from the delivery. Withdrawal:
You have the right within 24 hours without giving reasons to revoke this contract. The cancellation period is 2 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (e-mail: services@celagen-ch.com) with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. If you return the goods unopened, this also counts as a clear declaration of withdrawal, unless you also declare that the return is due to other reasons. To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal or the goods before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the cancellation:
If you withdraw from this contract, we have sent you all payments that we have received from you, excluding the delivery costs (except for the additional costs that result from giving you a different delivery than the one we offer , have selected the most favorable standard delivery), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your cancellation of this contract has been received by us. For this repayment, we will use the same form of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees. For goods that can be shipped by parcel, we can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back. You must return or hand over the goods that can be sent by parcel immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded or for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for their manufacture an individual selection (personal skin analysis) or determination by the consumer is relevant or clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. If you are not satisfied with a personalized CELAGEN ™ anti-aging skin care product, return at least 2/3 of the content to the point of sale where you purchased the product. You will be refunded the amount minus shipping costs.

Deliveries are only possible within Switzerland. For the shipment of the ordered goods are shipping costs, which are to be borne by you, unless otherwise specified. Within Switzerland, CELAGEN ™ Personal Care charges are Fr. 9.80. In the case of bulky goods dispatch, the delivery is made by a forwarding agent. They will contact you to arrange a delivery date with you. Delivery within Switzerland takes place within a maximum of 8 working days (Monday to Saturday, except public holidays) after receipt of your order, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery date for bulky items may differ.

Transport damage / obvious defects For technical reasons, we ask you to receive the correctness and condition after receiving your ordered products. damage to the cartons or to the products, please comment directly on the delivery document of the transport company and fix the damage with photos. Please send these photos and a copy of the comment with your handwritten complaint directly to the delivery document and send this information to my e-mail. However, the omission of this complaint has no consequences for your statutory claims.

The right to cancel your order does not affect your rights as a buyer within the meaning of the statutory warranty provisions. If a product purchased from us has defects, your claims as a buyer expire within one year after delivery of the goods. In the case of any defects in the purchased item, the statutory claims for supplementary performance, removal of defects / new delivery and the existence of the special legal requirement shall apply to further claims for reduction or withdrawal, as well as compensation, including compensation for damage instead of fulfillment and replacement of your wasted expenses. Please keep the supplied invoice as proof of purchase. Incidentally, the statutory warranty provisions apply.

You can pay the purchase price for the ordered goods by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). When paying by credit card, the amount will be charged to your credit card account when ordering the goods. All prices include applicable statutory VAT.

The delivered goods remain the property of CELAGEN ™ Switzerland until full payment.

Your orders are stored with us. If you lose your documents for your orders, please contact directly at services@celagen-ch.com. We will gladly send you a copy of the details of your order.

For deliveries within Switzerland, Swiss law applies.
